Mr. Chan joined Lego Corporate Finance Limited as Director in May 2022.  He is a Responsible Officer for Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the SFO.  Mr. Chan is mainly responsible for assisting in the supervision and management of our corporate finance advisory and M&A-related businesses.

Mr. Chan has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industries, during which he has completed acquisitions, divestments, fund raising and M&A related valuations / pricing analysis / due diligence.  Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Chan was the Director of SMBC Nikko Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and an Associate Director of Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services Limited.  From November 2020 to April 2022, he served as a Responsible Officer of a licensed corporation for Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities.

Mr. Chan obtained a Bachelor degree in Commerce in 2000 and a Master degree in Commerce in 2001 from the University of New South Wales.  Mr. Chan is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Account, a fellow member of CPA Australia and a fellow member of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.
